HRVixa Engagement combines pulse surveys, recognition flows, eNPS tracking, and AI sentiment analysis to give HR and managers actionable signals — not just lagging scores.

Pulse surveys ask 3–5 short questions weekly or bi-weekly (30-second completion target). Questions rotate from a validated bank covering belonging, growth, wellbeing, management, and culture. Responses are anonymous; results aggregate at team, department, and org levels. Trends surface in dashboards within minutes of submission.

Pulse scores, eNPS, recognition frequency, 1-on-1 cadence, peer-feedback volume, sentiment in open-text responses, attendance anomalies, leave patterns, and tenure-cohort comparisons.
