Who we are.
HRVixa is AI-powered HRMS and payroll software, powered by LasyaAitech, based in Hyderabad, India. We serve HR teams across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
When this page says "we" or "us", it means HRVixa. When it says "you", it means anyone visiting this website or contacting our team through any channel listed here.
What data we collect.
We collect only what you give us. That includes your name, email, phone number, company name and project details when you fill our quote form or contact form.
We also collect basic technical data — browser type, device type, country, pages visited and time spent — through standard analytics tools, the same way most websites do today.
Why we collect it.
Your contact details are used only to reply to your message, send a quote, schedule a call, or follow up on a project you have asked us about.
Technical data helps us understand which pages are useful, fix broken links, and improve the site over time. We never sell or share this data with advertisers.
How long we keep it.
Quote-form data is kept for two years from the date you contacted us, so we can serve you again if you return with a new idea later on.
Analytics data is kept in aggregated form for up to 26 months by Google Analytics. You can ask us to delete your personal records any time by writing to us.
Cookies on this site.
We use a small number of cookies — for site analytics, basic preferences, and to keep our forms safe from spam. We do not run advertising cookies on this site.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings any time. The site will keep working, but some convenience features like remembering form drafts may not work as smoothly.

How we keep data safe.
Your data is stored on services that use modern encryption, both during transfer and while resting in storage. Only team members who need access to reply to you can see it.
No system is fully risk-free, so if we ever spot a serious data issue we will tell affected users directly and openly, and report it to authorities as the law requires.
Changes to this policy.
We may update this policy when the law changes, when we add a new tool, or when we want to make something here clearer. The "Last updated" date will always reflect the latest version.
If a change is significant, we will say so on the home page or by email if you have contacted us before, so you are never surprised by a quiet edit later.
