These terms set out the rules for using the HRVixa website and working with our team. By visiting this site, sharing your details on our forms, or engaging us for a project, you agree to the points listed below. We keep it short and clear.
Who these terms apply to.
These terms apply to anyone who visits hrvixa.com, sends us a message, books a demo, or engages our team for HRVixa HRMS services.
"We" and "us" means HRVixa, powered by LasyaAitech. "You" means anyone reading or using this site, or speaking with our team in any official channel.
Using this website.
You can browse the site, read our blog, and use our contact and quote forms for genuine enquiries. Please do not use the forms to send spam, scam content, or automated traffic.
If you abuse the forms or attempt to harm the site in any way, we reserve the right to block your access without notice and report it to the right authorities.
Quotes and proposals.
A quote we share is valid for thirty days from the date it was sent. Pricing, timelines and scope inside a quote can change if the project brief changes later on.
Sharing a quote does not create a contract. A binding engagement starts only when both sides sign a written agreement and the first invoice has been raised.
How a project engagement works.
Every paid project runs on a signed Statement of Work that lists the scope, timeline, milestones, payment terms and ownership of code. We send this document before any build begins.
Changes to the agreed scope are handled through a written change request. We do not slip in unannounced charges, and we do not let scope creep wash away your timeline.
Payments and invoices.
Invoices are payable within fifteen days of issue, unless your Statement of Work says otherwise. Bank transfer, UPI and standard online payment routes are all supported.
If a payment is overdue, we may pause work on the project until the invoice is cleared. We always notify you in writing before pausing anything on our side.
Who owns the work.
Once a milestone is fully paid for, the code and design files for that milestone belong to you. We hand over the repo, the design files and every account on request.
We keep the right to use general learnings, patterns and methods from any project in future work, as long as no client-specific data, brand or code is reused.
Keeping your information safe.
We treat your business idea, designs, code and documents as confidential. We do not share them publicly or with any third party without your written permission.

Third-party services in your app.
Most apps use third-party services — Firebase, Stripe, Razorpay, App Store, Play Store, AI providers and others. Each has its own terms and pricing, separate from ours.
We will tell you which services your app depends on and what each one costs. You own those accounts directly, so you stay in full control of every external dependency.
What we warrant after launch.
For thirty days after a milestone is delivered, we fix bugs in the work we built, free of charge. This covers our code, not third-party tools or new feature requests.
After the thirty-day window, support is available on a monthly retainer or hourly basis. The exact rate is shared in writing before any post-launch work begins on our side.
Limits of our liability.
We work carefully and ship work we are proud of. Even so, our total liability on any project is capped at the total fees you have paid us under that engagement.
We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data caused by third-party services, or issues caused by changes you or your team make to the codebase later.
Ending an engagement.
Either side can end a project in writing with seven days of notice. You pay only for work delivered up to the end date. Unfinished work and unspent funds are settled fairly.
If the engagement ends, the code, design files and accounts for milestones that are fully paid for stay with you. We support a clean handover and answer questions for two weeks after.
Governing law and disputes.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal dispute that cannot be settled in good faith will be handled in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
Before going legal, both sides agree to attempt a written resolution first. Most issues are solved in a clear email thread — that has always been our preferred route.
